In addition, Exasol analyses performance issues in the Cluster, which are not recognized as Errors according to Part 2 section 2.2 and provides Customer with suggestions for improvement. Such effort is limited to one man-day per month. Exasol may undertake additional effort within the scope of the consulting portfolio. Exasol requires access to the system tables in the data base through a special data base user. This user only has access to the system tables and statistic system tables.
