Common use of PERFORMANCE SERVICE Clause in Contracts

Within the scope of Performance Service Exasol will periodically monitor general performance trends (on a monthly basis) and provide performance analysis upon request during Exasol's Service Times. Such effort is limited to one man-day per month. Exasol may undertake additional effort within the scope of the consulting portfolio. Exasol requires access to the system tables in the data base through a special data base user. This user only has access to the system tables and statistic system tables.
