PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES BY THE CONTRACTOR. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Contractor shall perform no less than thirty percent (30%) of the Services with its own organization. If, during the progress of Services hereunder, the Contractor requests a reduction in such performance percentage and the Authority determines that it would be to the Authority's advantage, the percentage of the Services required to be performed by the Contractor may be reduced; provided, written approval of such reduc- tion is obtained by the Contractor from the Authority.
