Per Query and Per Seat. If you sign up for a Purchased Service sold on a per query basis, you will be charged either for the monthly minimum number of queries to which you agreed or the actual number of queries performed, whichever is greater. If you sign up for a Purchased Service sold on a per seat basis, you will instead be charged for the number of seat licenses issued to your account during the applicable billing period, prorated for partial periods. NOTE: Ekata may limit or suspend accounts of customers who have purchased seat licenses whose accounts are used to submit queries to the Services with a velocity that is inconsistent, in Xxxxx’s sole discretion, with the typical query velocity of a single, human user.

  • DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE All work performed under contracts or task orders will be at the highest quality applicable and delivered according to Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Works (SOW), or Performance Work Statements (PWS). The Contractor must deliver and perform according to the requirements of the contract or task order, and may be denied further work for substandard performance. The Government may include deliveries or performance requirements, such as (1) optional clauses, (2) agency clauses, or (3) specific clauses, in a contract or task order.

  • Delivery and Security All Zee Group Channels must be delivered by the DTH Operator to subscribers in a securely encrypted manner and without any alteration. The transmission specifications and infrastructure allocated by DTH Operator in respect of the broadcast signals of the Zee Group Channels by DTH Operator to its Subscribers shall be no worse than that of the signal of any other channel within the same genre on its DTH Platform. ZEEL shall provide requisite number of Integrated Receivers and Decoders (IRDs) subject to payment of stipulated interest free security deposit per IRD as per the conditions laid down in the TRAI Regulations. Further, the DTH Operator shall confirm the details of Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD’s) in respect of all such channels availed from ZEEL in the format provided in ANNEXURE XI. The Parties acknowledge and agree that in the event the DTH Operator intends to make any changes to the Addressable System’s security and encryption technology, including the encryption system (other than standard software upgrades which are deemed not to be material changes), during the Term, the DTH Operator shall intimate the same to ZEEL by submitting Form for Change in Addressable Systems which is made available on ZEEL’s Website.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Sick and Personal Leave The Assistant Principal shall annually be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave and two (2) days of personal leave. Unused personal leave days will accumulate as sick leave days. Earned sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of 340 days. Every sick day that is issued for the current school year and eventually not utilized during that school year will be multiplied by 1.5 at the end of the school year (e.g., 10 unused sick days on June 30, 2022 will be converted in a credit of 15 sick days for the Assistant Principal’s use.) This unused sick day multiplier will not be in effect during the four (4) years prior to retirement.

  • PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND This Agreement shall be binding on the employer named in clause 1 of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), the Construction, Forestry Mining and Energy Union, Victorian Building Unions Division and FEDFA Division (hereinafter referred to as “the union”) its officers and all employees of the company eligible to be members of the union.

  • Delivery and Documents 13.1 Subject to GCC Sub-Clause 33.1, the delivery of the Goods and completion of the Related Services shall be in accordance with the List of Goods and Delivery Schedule specified in the Supply Requirements. The details of shipping and other documents to be furnished by the Supplier are specified in the SCC.

  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.
