Per Call Pricing. In addition to Training Fees and One-Time Setup/Activation Fee, Citizens will pay Vendor for the number of FNOL/Claim Inquiry calls it handles each month, according to the following table. Pricing is based on an average handling time (AHT) of 440 seconds. If actual AHT consistently varies +/- twenty percent (20%) from this estimate, an equitable adjustment in price will be made based on mutual, good faith agreement.
