Call Rate definition

Call Rate means, if the call option has been exercised with respect to the reset rate notes, the rate of interest that is either:
Call Rate means, if the Call Option has been exercised with respect to the Reset Rate Notes, the rate of interest that is either (1) if the Reset Rate Notes did not have at least one related Swap Agreement in effect during the previous Reset Period, the floating rate applicable for the most recent Reset Period during which the Failed Remarketing Rate was not in effect; or (2) if the Reset Rate Notes had one or more related Swap Agreements in effect during the previous Reset Period, the weighted average of the floating rates of interest that were due to the related Interest Rate Swap Counterparties from the Trust during the previous Reset Period. The Call Rate will continue to apply for each Reset Period while the holder of the Call Option retains the Reset Rate Notes.

Examples of Call Rate in a sentence

  • Customer service calls resulting from (iii) unforeseeable misuse, abuse, negligence or accident, (iv) improper installation, service or maintenance, (v) transportation of Products and/or Deliverables by Buyer; (vi) improper storage of Products and/or Deliverables by Buyer; or (vii) defective designs owned by Buyer shall not be included in the calculation of the Service Call Rate.

  • Abandon Call Rate means the number of incoming telephone calls received by the customer service telephone line which are abandoned by the caller after a selection is made either to the Interactive Voice Response Unit or Call Representative divided by the total number of incoming 6.25% Service Level Fees at Risk Per Calendar Year calls received by the customer service telephone line during such plan quarter.

Call Rate means HK$0.15 for every Series C Share purchased pursuant to paragraph 7.1;

This rate will continue to apply for each Reset Period while the holder of the Call Option retains that Class of the Reset Rate Notes.
Call Rate means the rate of interest that is either: (a) if a series of Series 2006-1 Reset Rate Notes did not have at least one related Swap Agreement in effect during the previous Reset Period, the rate applicable for the most recent Reset Period during which the Failed Remarketing Rate was not in effect; or (b) if a series of Series 2006-1 Reset Rate Notes had one or more related Swap Agreements in effect during the previous Reset Period, the weighted average of the floating rates of interest that were due to the related Swap Counterparties from the Issuer during the previous Reset Period for such series of Series 2006-1 Reset Rate Notes. This rate will continue to apply for each Reset Period while the holder of the Call Option retains such series of Series 2006-1 Reset Rate Notes.
