Pension Plan/Retirement. In addition to participating in the Canada Pension Plan, any employee entering the service of the Employer shall participate in the Municipal Pension Plan in accordance with its rules including employees retiring no later than the normal retirement age as defined in the Municipal Pension Plan Rules.
