Common use of Pension Fund Society Clause in Contracts

Pension Fund Society. Members of the Society who are laid off will be treated in accor- dance with the by-laws of the Pension Fund Society. Members who withdraw their contributions while on lay off will be considered as permanently separated from the TTC and will be struck from the recall list.
