Time and One-Half Time and one-half will be paid as follows:

Indemnity Limitation with TIPS Members Texas and other states restrict by law or state Constitution the ability of a governmental entity to indemnify others. TIPS requires that any contract entered into between a vendor and TIPS or a TIPS Member as a result of an award under this Solicitation limit the requirement that the Customer indemnify the Vendor by either eliminating any such indemnity requirement clauses in any agreements, contracts or other binding documents OR by prefacing all indemnity clauses required of TIPS or the TIPS Member entity with the following: "To the extent permitted by the laws or the Constitution of the state where the customer resides, ". PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS We do not insure for loss caused directly or indirectly by any of the following. Such loss is excluded regard- less of any other cause or event contributing concur- rently or in any sequence to the loss.
Extended Time Teachers, including but not limited to counselors, special education building coordinators, and library media specialists, who are assigned extended time beyond the school year to complete their regular school year duties will be paid on a pro-rata basis from the applicable salary schedule.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS 1. This Agreement does not cover performance of routine maintenance. You are responsible for performing all routine maintenance and cleaning for all covered Items as specified and recommended by the manufacturer. You are also responsible for providing all routine maintenance for all areas of a Covered Property around covered Items to ensure that these Items are able to function properly as specified by the manufacturer.
