PDSS Ownership Sample Clauses

PDSS Ownership. Contractor acknowledges City's ownership of the PDSS and all its components, and waives any right, title or interest therein. Upon termination of PDSS rights granted hereunder and within 24 hours after request by City, Contractor agrees to return the PDSS terminal equipment and all its components to City in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If Contractor is unable to return the PDSS terminal equipment and all components to City in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, Contractor shall pay to City an amount equal to the cost of obtaining new replacement equipment, and Contractor may keep the original equipment.
