Share Ownership refers to the legal relationship and status of being a Shareholder of the Mutual, and an entitlement to the rights and privileges appurtenant thereto as defined herein. Share Ownership rights and privileges may be limited, suspended or terminated as provided in the Governing Documents and by applicable law. “Share Ownership” may also refer to the Shareholders collectively.
