Ownership definition

Ownership means, for purposes of this definition, control of more than a 50% interest in an entity.

Ownership means a person or Entity will be deemed to “Own,” to have “Owned,” to be the “Owner” of, or to have acquired “Ownership” of securities if such person or Entity, directly or indirectly, through any contract, arrangement, understanding, relationship or otherwise, has or shares voting power, which includes the power to vote or to direct the voting, with respect to such securities.

Ownership means direct or indirect possession of at least fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting securities of a corporation or a comparable equity interest in any other type of entity.

• The provisions of this paragraph shall be construed and implemented in a manner otherwise than in strict conformity with the terms of this Section 2(e) to correct this paragraph (or any portion hereof) which may be defective or inconsistent with the intended Beneficial Ownership Limitation herein contained or to make changes or supplements necessary or desirable to properly give effect to such limitation.

• Any increase in the Beneficial Ownership Limitation will not be effective until the 61st day after such notice is delivered to the Company.

Ownership means the percentage ownership and control, exercised by individuals within an enterprise;

The Contractor shall provide COMMERCE with prompt written notice of each notice or claim of infringement received by the Contractor with respect to any Materials delivered under this Contract. COMMERCE shall have the right to modify or remove any restrictive markings placed upon the Materials by the Contractor.
