PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES. (a) Unless otherwise provided, terms of payment shall be net ninety (90) days from latest of the following: (1) BUYER's receipt of SELLER's proper invoice; (2) scheduled completion of performance date of the Work; or (3) actual completion of performance of the Work.
