PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES. (a) Unless otherwise provided, terms of payment shall be net sixty (60) days from latest of the following: (1) BUYER's receipt of SELLER's proper invoice; (2) final acceptance of the Products by BUYER; or (3) final acceptance of the Services by BUYER.
