Payments from Cardholders. Except with respect to Sales Slips which Flexiti has charged back to Merchant, Xxxxxxxx agrees that it is not authorized to receive payments from Cardholders or other Persons in connection with the Credit Card Accounts, and that Flexiti has the sole right to receive payments on all Credit Card Accounts and related Sales Slips, and Xxxxxxxx agrees that it will not make an attempt to make any collections, or receive any payments, on any Credit Card Account or Sales Slip submitted to Flexiti.

Payments from Cardholders. Merchant is not authorized to receive payments from Cardholders or other Persons in connection with the Credit Card Accounts on its own account. Flexiti has the sole right to receive payments on all Credit Card Accounts. Merchant shall not accept payments from Cardholders on Credit Card Accounts, except as expressly permitted by Flexiti under this Agreement.
Payments from Cardholders. CUSTOMER agrees that CUSTOMER will not accept or process, any funds representing a Cardholder’s payment to an Issuer.

  • Payments from Paying Agent Account The Escrow Agent hereby irrevocably instructs the Paying Agent, and the Paying Agent agrees to act, as follows:

There shall be so distributed to each Certificateholder of record of such series on the Record Date with respect to such Regular Distribution Date (other than as provided in Section 11.01 concerning the final distribution) by check mailed to such Certificateholder, at the address appearing in the Register, such Certificateholder’s pro rata share (based on the Fractional Undivided Interest in the Trust held by such Certificateholder) of the total amount in the applicable Certificate Account, except that, with respect to Certificates registered on the Record Date in the name of a Clearing Agency (or its nominee), such distribution shall be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account designated by such Clearing Agency (or such nominee).

  • Establishment of Custodial Account; Deposits in Custodial Account The Seller shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Custodial Accounts (collectively, the “Custodial Account”), titled “PrimeLending, in trust for Redwood Residential Acquisition Corporation as Purchaser of Mortgage Loans and various Mortgagors.” Such Custodial Account shall be an Eligible Account established with a commercial bank, a savings bank or a savings and loan association (which may be a depository affiliate of the Seller) which meets the guidelines set forth by the FHFA, Fxxxxx Mxx or Fxxxxxx Mac as an eligible depository institution for custodial accounts. The Custodial Account shall not be transferred to any other depository institution without the Purchaser’s approval, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. In any case, the Custodial Account shall be insured by the FDIC in a manner which shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder and which may be drawn on by the Seller. The Seller shall deposit in the Custodial Account on a daily basis, and retain therein the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to the related Cut-off Date (other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the related Cut-off Date):
