Payments After Termination for Cause. Upon the occurrence of any event of default, all obligations on the part of the COUNTY to make any further payments of funds pursuant to this Agreement shall, if the COUNTY so elects, terminate, but the COUNTY may make any payments or parts of payments after the happening of any event of default without thereby waiving the right to exercise any remedy which it may have and without becoming liable to make any further payment.
Payments After Termination for Cause. If the Executive's employment is terminated under Section 5.3 for Cause, the Executive shall receive: (i) the incentive compensation to which he is entitled under this Agreement through the Date of Termination; and (ii) his Base Salary through the Date of Termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and thereafter Executive shall not be entitled to receive any further compensation or benefits whatsoever.
Payments After Termination for Cause. If the General Manager's employment hereunder is terminated under Section 5.3 above, the General Manager shall receive the Base Salary accrued through the date of termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and shall not be entitled to receive any other payments or compensation from the Company of any nature whatsoever.
