Start Overtime. An employee who is required to report to work to perform overtime of more than two (2) hours immediately prior to that employee’s rostered starting time shall be allowed a thirty (30) minute crib break at the employee’s rostered starting time for which the employee shall be paid at the ordinary time rate. No additional payment will be made where an employee works through the crib break as such payments have been incorporated into the aggregate wage. Where an employee works pre-shift overtime, without notification, the employee will be reimbursed for a suitable meal (up to the value of $20.00) for the above mentioned crib break.
