PAYMENT TO ARTISTS. (a) ARTISTS engaged on a weekly basis shall be paid no later than 12:00 noon on Friday of each full week of engagement, any partial week will be paid the following Friday. The EMPLOYER agrees to provide direct deposit based on employee documentation (voided check).

PAYMENT TO ARTISTS. Section 1. ARTISTS engaged on a weekly basis shall be paid no later than the last day of each week of engagement.
PAYMENT TO ARTISTS. 5.1 The Manager undertakes to pay the Artist’s salary and any relevant allowances to reach the Artist’s bank account by no later than noon on the Friday of each week of the engagement. The Manager shall provide a pay-slip with clearly identifiable details of wages and deductions. Basic Rehearsal and Performance Salary and any living away allowance shall be paid within the week for which it is due. All additional payments shall be made in the following week. All travel expenses and fares will be paid before the day of travel. Any request by an Artist for an advance of the subsistence allowance for the first week of the engagement shall not be unreasonably refused.

  • Prompt Payment to Subcontractors (a) Within 7 days of receipt by the Contractor of each payment from the City under this contract, the Contractor shall pay all Subcontractors (which term includes subconsultants and suppliers) based on work completed or service provided under the subcontract. Should any payment to the Subcontractor be delayed by more than 7 days after receipt of payment by the Contractor from the City under this contract, the Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor interest, beginning on the 8th day, at the rate of 1% per month or fraction thereof on such unpaid balance as may be due. By appropriate litigation, Subcontractors shall have the right to enforce this subsection (a) directly against the Contractor, but not against the City of Durham.

  • Payment to Subcontractors (If applicable) As required by Minnesota Statute § 16A.1245, the prime Contractor must pay all subContractors, less any retainage, within 10 calendar days of the prime Contractor’s receipt of payment from the State for undisputed services provided by the subContractor(s) and must pay interest at the rate of one and one-half percent per month or any part of a month to the subContractor(s) on any undisputed amount not paid on time to the subContractor(s).

  • Attachment B, Payment Provisions The payment provisions are amended as follows:

  • Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.

However, it will not prevent award. If you do enter into a TIPS Sale when you are accepting federal funds, the contract between you and the TIPS Member will likely require these same certifications.

  • CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition. Most of the provisions are located in 2 CFR PART 200 - Appendix II to Part 200—Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards at 2 CFR PART 200. Others are included within 2 CFR part 200 et al. In addition to other provisions required by the Federal agency or non-Federal entity, all contracts made by the non- Federal entity under the Federal award must contain provisions covering the following, as applicable.

  • Method of Payment to Global Agent All sums payable to the Global Agent hereunder shall be paid (i) in immediately available or same-day funds to such account with such bank in the principal financial center of the currency in which the Notes are denominated as the Global Agent may specify in a notice to Freddie Mac or (ii) as the Global Agent may from time to time otherwise specify in a notice to Freddie Mac.
