Payment of Tolls. From and after the Commencement Date, on each Payment Due Date, Shipper shall pay Carrier for Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Tariff, including: (i) the Fixed Toll and associated Monthly Revenue Commitment, (ii) the Variable Toll, plus (iii) all other charges and adjustments as set forth in Appendix B and the Tariff.
