Common use of Payment of the Rent Clause in Contracts

Payment of the Rent. The Tenant will pay to the Landlord the Monthly Rent, without any deduction, abatement or set off whatsoever, via the Online Service Centre at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx, or at the Landlord’s Office on or before the first day of each and every month during the Term.
