The Administration agrees to make every reasonable effort to see that Program Leaders and persons entitled to pay for co-curricular duties are paid as promptly after the end of the semester in which that work is performed as is reasonably possibly. This includes the obligation to address the failure to promptly supply necessary documentation with the responsible Administrator.
