Common use of Payment of Reimbursable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Reimbursable Expenses. Subject to clause 3.3.3.4, the Council will pay to the Contractor the Reimbursable Expenses directly incurred by the Contractor in the supply of the Services.
