Common use of Payment of Listing Fees to the Exchange Clause in Contracts

Payment of Listing Fees to the Exchange. The Issuer agrees that as soon as its Securities are listed on ISE, it will pay to the ISE an initial listing fee as prescribed in Schedule III annexed hereto and made a part thereof, and that thereafter, so long as the Securities continue to be listed on ISE, it will pay to ISE on or before April 30, in each year an Annual Listing Fee computed on the basis of the capital of the Issuer as on March 31 and worked out as provided in Schedule III annexed hereto and made a part thereof. The Issuer also agrees that it shall pay the additional Annual Listing Fee, at the time of making application for listing of Securities arising out of further issue, as is computed in terms of Schedule III annexed hereto and made a part thereof for any addition in the capital after March 31.
