Termination of Check-Off An employee shall cease to be subject to check-off deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he is no longer a member of the bargaining unit.

Life Insurance Upon Retirement 34.1 An employee who retires from the service of the Corporation subsequent to August 1, 2001, will, provided he is 55 years of age or over and has not less than 10 years' cumulative compensated service, be entitled to the sum of $8,000.00, payable to his estate upon his death.
Payment Upon Death When an employee dies, any and all accrued, unused vacation leave to his/her credit shall be paid to the surviving spouse. In the event that the employee has no surviving spouse, said unused vacation leave shall be paid to the employee's estate. Such payment shall be paid at the employee's hourly rate of pay at time of death in a lump sum (less applicable withholding), less any amounts owed by the employee to the City.
Deemed Termination upon delay Without prejudice to the provisions of Clauses 4.2 and 4.3, and subject to the provisions of Clause 9.2, the Parties expressly agree that in the event the Appointed Date does not occur, for any reason whatsoever, within a period of [180 (one hundred and eighty)] days from the Execution Date or the extended period provided in accordance with this Agreement, then all rights, privileges, claims and entitlements of the Concessionaire under or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been waived by, and to have ceased with the concurrence of the Concessionaire and the Agreement may be terminated by the non-defaulting Party. Payments Upon Termination 4.1 The Customer shall pay the Company liquidated damages (total monthly fee as specified in the Sales and Services Agreement x remaining months in the Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:
Termination by Xxxxxxx (a) SORACOM may terminate the Agreement in the following situations, in which case SORACOM will give the Subscriber reasonable notice of such termination.
Termination by Xxxxxx Xilinx may terminate this Agreement for material breach by Licensee, provided that Xilinx has given written notice to Licensee of such breach and Licensee fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days thereof; provided, however, in the event of a breach of confidentiality under Section 7 whereby unauthorized disclosure and/or dissemination by electronic or other means is likely to cause undue harm to Xilinx, then Xilinx may, at its discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement and seek other appropriate equitable and legal remedies as deemed necessary to protect its interests hereunder.
Termination of Contract for Cause 5.1.1 If A-E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this CONTRACT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this CONTRACT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.
Reinstatement of Vacation Upon Recall The period of vacation leave so displaced resulting from recall and transportation time in accordance with Articles 17.16 and 17.17, shall either be added to the vacation period, if requested by the Employee and approved by the Employer, or reinstated for use at a later date.
