Certification regarding Boycotting Israel. If the Contractor has ten or more full-time employees and the Contract has a value of $100,000.00 or more, then Contractor certifies that, pursuant to Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Contract. If this certification is required and Contractor refuses to make the certification, then Contractor shall state here any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification:

To the extent that Chapter 2274, Texas Government Code, is applicable to this Agreement, PROVIDER verifies that (a) it does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association, and (b) it will not discriminate during the term of this Agreement against a firearm entity or firearm trade association. PROVIDER acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this verification is inaccurate. Certification as to Boycotting Energy Companies. To the extent that Chapter 2274, Texas Government Code, is applicable to this Agreement, PROVIDER verifies that (a) it does not boycott energy companies, and (b) it will not boycott energy companies during the term of this Agreement. PROVIDER acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this verification is inaccurate.

Professional Firm, as a provision of the Agreement must comply and adhere to the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan submitted by Professional Firm in response to the RFQ, which is attached and incorporated as Exhibit 2. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Professional Firm without the prior written approval of the Owner.

Under Section 2155.0061, Texas Government Code, FACILITY certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Agreement is not ineligible to receive the specified contract and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
