Payment of Annual Contributions. If the Parties approve a budget that requires each Party to provide a monetary contribution to the Agency, each Party agrees to remit to the Agency quarterly, in advance, its allocated one quarter (1/4) share of the total estimated annual costs and expenses of the Agency. The Agency Board is authorized to approve other arrangements for payments by the City and the County.
