Payment for working overtime for weekly Employees. 18.1.1 For all work done by weekly Employees outside ordinary hours the rates of pay shall be 1- 1/2 for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter, such double time to continue until the completion of the overtime work. Except as provided in this subclause or subclause 18.3 hereof in computing overtime each day's work shall stand alone. For the purposes of this clause ordinary hours shall mean the hours worked fixed in an establishment in accordance with clause 17 of this Agreement. The hourly rate, when computing overtime, shall be determined by dividing the appropriate weekly rate by 38, even in cases when an Employee works more than 38 ordinary hours in a week.
