Payment for Work Done on the Additional Rest Days in the Month. The Bank may require an employee to work on the additional rest days in the month. An employee who is required to work on the additional rest days in the month shall be paid at one and a half (1½) times his hourly rate of pay, calculated on the basis of the first hour or part thereof and thereafter on half hourly (½) basis.
