Delivery Charges. The cost of all postage, couriers, express delivery services, freight charges and other delivery and bonding charges incurred in delivering materials to and receiving materials from the Trust and its shareholders, including all shareholder reports, prospectuses, statements of shareholder accounts and tax filings.

Delivery Charges. Where the delivery or collection is organised by the Supplier, the Hirer shall pay a delivery or collection charge at the Suppliers standard transport rates applicable. Such charges may include any wasted journey or transport time reasonably incurred by the Supplier in attempting to comply with the specific or implied requirements of the Hirer. The Hirer will sign the Delivery Note as conclusive proof of the acceptance of the equipment.

This pick up charge will be waived if customer returns items to our location Rental Charges: Caterer will add a fee for off-site events that require the use of linens, serving pieces, chaffing dishes, etc., as noted on the final xxxx. Credit Card Number is required. A fee will be charged to this account if items are not returned with in an agreed time, and returned food free. All Chaffing dishes should be placed in xxxx plastic containers, these containers are meant to hold only chaffing dishes. (This means serving pieces ect. chaffing dishes must be rinsed out and cleaned of left over food.) A credit card may be asked for to secure the use of any returnable items.
Delivery Charges. Xxxxx will reimburse a female employee an amount not exceeding RM600.00 for normal delivery or RM800.00 for delivery involving caesarean operation per confinement in respect of two (2) confinements. Where Banks are currently paying delivery charges, such practice will continue.
