Common use of Payable Support Clause in Contracts

Payable Support. Nexstar personnel will not engage in the payment of accounts payable of Mission arising under contracts for the license of programming run or to be run on Mission’s Stations, the payment of Mission’s payroll with respect to Mission’s Stations, or other obligations of Mission incurred in the normal course of business.

Nexstar personnel will not engage in the payment of accounts payable of Mission arising under contracts for the license of programming run or to be run on Mission’s StationsWVNY, the payment of Mission’s payroll with respect to Mission’s StationsWVNY, or other obligations of Mission incurred in the normal course of business.

Nexstar personnel will not engage in the payment of accounts payable of Mission arising under contracts for the license of programming run or to be run on Mission’s StationsWUTR, the payment of Mission’s payroll with respect to Mission’s StationsWUTR, or other obligations of Mission incurred in the normal course of business.

Nexstar personnel will not engage in the payment of accounts payable of Mission arising under contracts for the license of programming run or to be run on Mission’s StationsKODE, the payment of Mission’s 's payroll with respect to Mission’s StationsKODE, or other obligations of Mission incurred in the normal course of business.

Nexstar personnel will not engage in the payment of accounts payable of Mission arising under contracts for the license of programming run or to be run on Mission’s StationsKRBC and KACB, the payment of Mission’s 's payroll with respect to Mission’s StationsKRBC and KACB, or other obligations of Mission incurred in the normal course of business.

Payable Support. Nexstar personnel will not engage in the payment of accounts payable of Mission arising under contracts for the license of programming run or to be run on Mission’s Stations, Stations or the payment of Mission’s payroll with respect to Mission’s Stations. Subject to direction and control by management personnel of Mission, or Nexstar may provide payables support (but shall not make any payments) for Mission’s Stations’ other obligations of Mission incurred in the normal course of business.
