Other Eligible Support. The following items will qualify as “Other Eligible Support” for the party specified: Not applicable.
Other Eligible Support. Such Other Eligible Support as the Pledgor may designate; provided, at the expense of the Pledgor, the prior written consent of the relevant rating agency, which shall be S&P, Xxxxx'x and Fitch (to the extent such ratings agency has provided a rating for the underlying Certificates)), shall have been obtained. For the avoidance of doubt there are no items which qualify as Other Eligible Support as of the date of this Annex.
