Pay Increment Period. 36.09 - The pay increment period for an employee is twelve (12) months. Employees shall be entitled, on their increment date, to receive an incremental increase of four percent (4%), or such percentage, increase as would bring the employee’s salary to the maximum of his salary band, whichever is the lesser.
