Pay Increase. The Executive’s base salary may be increased at any time, at the sole discretion of the Company, based on the Executive’s performance, contributions to the Company, and other factors deemed relevant by the Employer. Any such increase shall be communicated to the Executive in writing and shall take effect on a date determined by the Employer.
