Pay for Performance. It is agreed between the parties to continue to discuss and consider during the term of this agreement a pay for performance plan. Such pay for performance plan will only be implemented upon mutual agreement between CFPEA and the City. O. BUS PASSES – FAX OPERATIONS Free bus passes shall be provided to employees in this Unit employed in the Operations Division of the Department of Transportation, covering the employee, spouse, and dependent children under the age of eighteen. The passes will require annual renewal stickers issued to each employee. All dependents otherwise eligible for free bus passes must reside with the employee or be a dependent according to the Internal Revenue Service regulations, in order to maintain such eligibility. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that bus passes are not abused by family members; however, employees will not be penalized for unknown dependent misuse of bus passes. Any employee who knowingly allows the abuse of free bus passes by family members may have the privilege of bus passes revoked for all members, including the employee, for a period not to exceed six (6) months. Bus passes will be provided to employees who retire from the Operations Division of the Department of Transportation. The passes will require annual renewal and are intended for use by the retired employee only.
