Pavement Subgrade. Overexcavate unsuitable and/or unstable materials identified by proof-rolling, per Special Provision F46.00 Special Rolling, within the soil at the pavement subgrade, to the depths indicated on the drawings or as directed by the Representative. Install geotextile and backfill in accordance with the drawings and compact in accordance with Section 206.3 and 210.3.
Pavement Subgrade. The upper 2 feet of pavement subgrade fill should consist of the moisture conditioned on-site overburden soils.
