Common use of Patrol Services Clause in Contracts

Patrol Services. The assigned deputy will provide police and related services within the incorporated boundaries of the City. Services include:  Reactive patrol to enforce state law and City-adopted municipal, traffic and criminal codes, and to respond to calls for service; and  Proactive patrol to prevent and deter criminal activity, and provide other and community police services as directed by the Police Commissioner.
