Patient Right to Amend to PHI. A patient has the right to have Covered Entity amend his/her PHI, or a record in a Designated Record Set for as long as the PHI is maintained in the Designated Record Set, in accordance with 42 C.F.R. §164.526. To the extent that Business Associate maintains PHI in a Designated Record Set, Business Associate agrees to make any amendment(s) to PHI in a Designated Record Set at the request of Covered Entity in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.526. Within fifteen (15) business days following Business Associate’s amendment of PHI as directed by Covered Entity, Business Associate shall provide written notice to Covered Entity confirming that Business Associate has made the amendments or addenda to PHI as directed by Covered Entity and containing any other information as may be necessary for Covered Entity to provide adequate notice to the Individual in accordance with 45 C.F.R. §164.526.

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • Prompt Payment to Subcontractors (a) Within 7 days of receipt by the Contractor of each payment from the City under this contract, the Contractor shall pay all Subcontractors (which term includes subconsultants and suppliers) based on work completed or service provided under the subcontract. Should any payment to the Subcontractor be delayed by more than 7 days after receipt of payment by the Contractor from the City under this contract, the Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor interest, beginning on the 8th day, at the rate of 1% per month or fraction thereof on such unpaid balance as may be due. By appropriate litigation, Subcontractors shall have the right to enforce this subsection (a) directly against the Contractor, but not against the City of Durham.

  • RELATIONSHIP TO AWARDS This Agreement operates to the complete exclusion of all Awards which would otherwise apply to any of the Employees covered by this Agreement.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
