PATENT REVIEW COMMITTEE. A Composition and Appointment
PATENT REVIEW COMMITTEE. The Patent Review Committee (PRC) shall meet periodically to consider the merits of all disclosures submitted, e.g., novelty, patentability, and commercial value.
PATENT REVIEW COMMITTEE. (a) The Parties shall establish a patent review committee comprising two (2) representatives of each Party (the “Patent Review Committee”). Each Party may designate three (3) representatives in connection with the Patent Review Committee, such that each Party may have an alternate or substitute member available at any given time, but only two (2) such representatives of each Party shall vote in meetings of the Patent Review Committee. At any time upon written notice to the other Party, a Party may at its sole discretion replace any member(s) of the Patent Review Committee that such Party has appointed. The initial members of the Patent Review Committee shall be identified in the respective Development Program.
