Patent Listings. With respect to any filings made to Regulatory Authorities with respect to the [***] for any Product, including as required or allowed in connection with in the United States, the FDA’s Orange Book, if applicable, or outside the United States, other international equivalents: (a) AstraZeneca will have the sole right to make all decisions regarding such filings relating to the [***]; and (b) each Party may make such listings regarding any [***] as each Party deems is appropriate. Upon the request by a Party, such other Party will reasonably cooperate in the implementation of such requesting Party’s decisions regarding the filing and listing of [***] pursuant to this Section 10.4.
