When You Have More Than One Plan with BCBSRI If you are covered under more than one plan with us, you are entitled to covered benefits under both plans. If one plan has a benefit that the other(s) does not, you are entitled to coverage under the plan that has the benefit. The total payments you receive will never be more than the total allowable expense for the services you receive.
Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
WSIB & LTD An Employee who is receiving benefits under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, or under a LTD plan, is not entitled to benefits under a school board’s sick leave and short term disability plan for the same condition unless the employee is on a graduated return to work program then WSIB/LTD remains the first payor. For clarity, where an employee is receiving partial benefits under WSIB/LTD, they may be entitled to receive benefits under the sick leave plan, subject to the circumstances of the specific situation. During the interim period from the date of the injury/incident or illness to the date of the approval by the WSIB/LTD of the claim, the employee may access sick leave and short term leave and disability coverage. A reconciliation of sick leave deductions made and payments provided, will be undertaken by the school board once the WSIB/LTD has adjudicated and approved the claim. In the event that the WSIB/LTD does not approve the claim, the school board shall deal with the absence consistent with the terms of the sick leave and short term leave and disability plans.

DUŠEVNÍ VLASTNICTVÍ The Institution acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor shall have exclusive ownership rights to all Poskytovatel uznává a souhlasí, že Zadavatel bude mít výhradní vlastnická práva ke všem Study Data, improvements, developments, discoveries, inventions, work, know-how and other rights (whether or not patentable), created, developed, and/or reduced to practice as a result of or in connection with the conduct of the Study and/or the use of the Study Drug or the Confidential Information, together with all intellectual property rights relating thereto (“Intellectual Property”). The Institution shall promptly disclose in writing to PSI and the Sponsor all Intellectual Property made by the Institution, the Investigator and/or the Study Personnel. At the Sponsor's request, the Institution shall cause all rights titles and interests in and to any such Intellectual Property to be assigned to the Sponsor without additional compensation and provide reasonable assistance to obtain patents, including causing the execution of any invention assignment or other documents. Refund after Scaling Completed Any cash deposit, in excess of that required to meet charges under B4.2, shall be refunded or transferred within 15 days of Purchaser’s request after Scaling is completed, except for amounts estimated to be required under B9.5.
