Common use of Passport Requirements Clause in Contracts

Passport Requirements. I understand that it is Parent/Legal Guardian's responsibility to ensure the Student obtains or renews his or her passport. Per the Host Country's laws, I understand the Student's passport must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months after the completion of the Program. Per the law of the Host Country, the failure to have a passport with at least six months' validity remaining will result in a fine and immediate deportation. The Host Country requires the Student to carry his or her valid U.S. passport and Host Country VISA at all times. These requirements are strictly enforced by the Host Country.
