Parts Replacement in Connection with Discretionary Alterations, etc. So long as no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, at any time during the Lease Term, Lessee may remove any Part from an Item of Equipment that was installed pursuant to Lessee’s accomplishment of an alteration, modification or addition pursuant to Section 12.7(b), provided that:
