PARTNER DUTIES. Pursuant to Section 1101(d) of the Act, the duties of the Partners to the other Partners and to the Partnership are hereby limited to those provided expressly in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Sections 6.7, 6.11, 6.12 and 7.3.
