Common use of Participation in Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Plans. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in and receive benefits under and subject to the terms and conditions of all of the Company’s benefit plans, programs and arrangements for salaried employees, as they may be duly amended, approved or adopted by the Board from time to time, including any retirement plan, savings plan, life insurance plan, health insurance plan, and accident or disability insurance plan.

Participation in Plans. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all applicable incentive, savings, and receive benefits under retirement plans, practices, policies, and subject programs of the Company and in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plans, and health programs, in each case to the extent Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of all of the Companysuch plans or programs. The Company shall maintain group life insurance coverage for Executive in an amount at least equal to two (2) times Executive’s benefit plans, programs and arrangements for salaried employees, Base Compensation as they may be duly amended, approved or adopted by the Board in effect from time to time, including any retirement plan, savings plan, life insurance plan, health insurance plan, and accident or disability insurance plan.

Participation in Plans. During the Term, the Executive shall will be entitled to participate in all retirement and receive benefits welfare plans and programs of the Company in which executive officers of the Company participate. The Executive's rights under such plans and subject to programs will be governed by the terms thereof and conditions of all of the Company’s benefit plans, programs and arrangements for salaried employees, as they may will not be duly amended, approved enlarged hereunder or adopted by the Board from time to time, including any retirement plan, savings plan, life insurance plan, health insurance plan, and accident or disability insurance planotherwise affected hereby.
