Common use of Participation in Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. The Employee shall be entitled during the Term, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in all of the applicable benefit plans (excluding severance plans, if any) of the Company, which may be available to other senior executives of the Company. The Company may at any time or from time to time amend, modify, suspend or terminate any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement for any reason without the Employee’s consent if such amendment, modification, suspension or termination is consistent with the amendment, modification, suspension or termination for other executives of the Company.

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. The Employee Executive shall be entitled during the Termentitled, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in all of the applicable benefit plans (excluding severance plans, if any) of the CompanyCompany or its affiliates, which may be available to other senior executives of the Company, on the same terms as such other executives. The Company or its affiliates may at any time or from time to time amend, modify, suspend or terminate any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement for any reason without the EmployeeExecutive’s consent if such amendment, modification, suspension or termination is consistent with the amendment, modification, suspension or termination for other executives similarly-situated employees of the CompanyCompany and its affiliates.
