Common use of Participation in Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be permitted during the Term, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plan, health program, or any pension plan or similar benefit plan of the Company, which is available generally to other senior executives of the Company.

Executive’s participation in any such plans shall be on the terms and conditions set forth in the governing plan documents as they may be in effect from time to other senior executives of the Company.time. 4.5

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be permitted permitted, during the Term, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plan, health program, or any pension plan or similar benefit plan of the Company, which is may be available generally to other senior executives of the CompanyCompany generally, on the same terms as such other executives. Additionally, while the Executive is employed by the Company he shall be eligible for company paid life insurance equally two times his annual salary.

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans.
