Common use of Participation in Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to health and/or dental benefits, including immediate coverage for Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents, which are generally available to Company’s executive employees and as provided by Company, subject to the terms of its group health insurance plan. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any profit sharing plan, retirement plan, group life insurance plan or other insurance plan or medical expense plan maintained by Company for its executives generally, in accordance with the general eligibility criteria therein and subject to the terms of any applicable plan. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a promise to provide any particular benefit, should the Company decide to discontinue or amend any particular benefit plan for other executives.
