Common use of Parking Charges; Public Transportation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Parking Charges; Public Transportation Expenses. Any parking charges or other costs levied, assessed or imposed by, or at the direction of, or resulting from statutes or regulations, or interpretations thereof, promulgated by any governmental authority or insurer in connection with the use or occupancy of the Building or the Project, and the cost of maintaining any public transit system, vanpool, or other public or semi-public transportation imposed upon Landlord's ownership and operation of the Building and/or the Project.

Any parking charges or other costs levied, assessed or imposed by, or at the direction of, or resulting from statutes or regulations, or interpretations thereof, promulgated by any governmental authority or insurer in connection with the use or occupancy of the Building or the Project, and the cost of maintaining any public transit system, vanpool, transportation management program, or other public or semi-public transportation requirements imposed upon in connection with Landlord's ’s ownership and operation of the Building and/or the Project.; provided that Tenant has the right to use and access such transportation programs. Any parking charges or other costs levied, assessed or imposed by, or at the direction of, or resulting from statutes or regulations, or interpretations thereof, promulgated by any governmental authority or insurer in connection with the development, use or occupancy of the Building Premises or the Projectany part thereof, and the cost of maintaining any public transit system, vanpool, or other public or semi-public transportation (including, without limitation, any transit related subsidies such as payment for VTA light-rail passes) imposed upon Landlord's ’s ownership and operation of the Building and/or the ProjectPremises.
