PAR-BC Representatives Clause Samples
PAR-BC Representatives. PAR-BC shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the union intend to visit the Employer's premises for the purpose of conducting union business. Such visits shall not interfere with normal operations of the Employer.
PAR-BC Representatives. PAR-BC representatives will be entitled reasonable time while on duty, without loss of regular pay and benefits, to perform their duties provided that they have regeived prior gonsent from their supervisor, made every endeavour to gomplete their business in as short a time as possible, and that they do not interrupt the operations of the Hospitals.
