Panel of Arbitrators. A. Within sixty (60) calendar days of the execution of the Agreement, the parties, SEIU 925 and the Employer, agree to meet to establish a permanent panel of six (6) arbitrators. If the parties do not meet or if there is no agreement on the panel, the current panel will remain.
